A very positive impression of the entire stay. The hotel is located near the city center. Not only the rooms are beautiful, but also the surroundings (lobby, restaurant). Daily cleaning with a small sweet gift on the bed. Coffee and tea sets. Very attentive service.

And on my birthday, a bottle of prosecco was waiting for me in the room!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Leon’s Place Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free.
The hotel itself has a really stylish and modern design, with a unique artistic touch that makes it stand out from more typical hotels. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.
The location is also a big plus—convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transport links, restaurants, and attractions.
I particularly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the décor to the overall service. It really felt like a place that cares about providing a high-quality guest experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Leon’s Place Hotel and would happily stay there again on my next visit.

Being greeted by Mathilde was lovely. A big smile and friendly welcome on arrival and her instant help with any queries including restaurant recommendations was great.
After airport arrival stress it started our experience of the hotel and Roma the right way.

Can’t think of any the staff went above and beyond

Fantastic quality hotel, breakfast was amazing selection.
Only downside was shower in our room, built on the slope of the roof made it very uncomfortable to use, couldn’t stand properly.

Receptionist that checked us in and out again was lovely. Really helpful and professional. Other staff members always pleasant and helpful. Everyone doing their job and doing it well!
One of the staff finished his shift but still stopped to pick up litter outside the hotel and also check a couple had help with their taxi. Seeing things like this tells me it is a good hotel and people take pride in their work

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff were so friendly and kind. It was notable that we were remembered and acknowledged anytime we passed the reception or bar staff. Paolo served us at the bar and was so professional and kind.

We were very kindly gifted a bottle of Prosecco as we had come to Rome to celebrate my birthday. In addition we also got engaged during our trip and the lovely bar guy celebrated with us with a glass of Prosecco

The guy on the bar/working the restaurant was brilliant was super helpful. We also felt very welcomed by reception staff that checked us in.

Bathrobes towels and slippers all super comfortable and the products in the bathroom were really nice.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Everyone was so welcoming. The breakfast and service was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. We will hopefully be back.

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the rooms didn’t seem to be very well soundproofed. I stayed 2 nights, the first night I was in room 202 over the main road. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise until at least 1am. I then moved to room 008 which was much quieter but had a loud humming noise from something outside the room which may have been some equipment or machinery attached to the hotel because it seemed to be louder when I put my head on the pillow (could hear it through the fabric of the building). It seemed to go on and off. It disrupted my sleep but not to the point that the road did. This was my only observation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leon's Place. The hotel is very comfortable, and very well situated. Your staff are delightful, and the only reason we will not be back is that we will be very unlikely to return to Rome.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Rome. It was the most amazing stay for my partner and myself on our first trip abroad together. Any pics you see online really do not do the hotel justice it is absolutely beautiful in person. Every member we had the pleasure of meeting were all also lovely and welcoming.

Grazie di promuovere il senso dell'ospitalita' a 365 gradi... le persone ne hanno bisogno e poi quando tornano a casa loro prendono esempio e migliorano anche nel loro quotidiano per emulare cio' che hanno ricevuto. E' una bella cosa e penso rispecchi il vero senso di fare impresa.

Alessandro was amazing. He adapted our rooms to compliment our booking as soon as we arrived, gave advice on local restaurants and places to visit, no questions/ requests were too much trouble and he had fantastic positive customer service. We loved the decor and all of the staff were so helpful, would definitely recommend. Location was also really good.

Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse magnifique et spacieuse toujours propre!
La literie et le linge était parfait - gros + sur le peignoir moelleux et chaud que j'ai adoré ainsi que les articles de toilettes mis à dispo!
Les petits chocolats, la vue, les parapluies mis à dispo, le SPA à privatiser 1h/jour et le sourire de l'équipe... Tout était parfait!!

Si je dois revenir à Rome ce sera très certainement au Leon's pace

The gentleman on reception (did not get his name) when we checked out was very helpful and when I noticed on the way to the airport that I had left my Kindle in the foyer and called back to the hotel, he very kindly gave me all the details of LHost in order for it to be sent home to me. The Kindle arrived the very next day and was an excellent service.
