Social Responsibility
Leon’s Place Hotel has, in recent years, undertaken a structured path to integrate environmental, social, and economic sustainability principles into its operations.
This commitment has been recently recognized through the achievement of the DCA ESG Sustainability certification issued by Dream & Charme, a certification body accredited by Accredia for the tourism sector.
The certification covers the following areas:
- human rights, labor relations and working conditions
- health and safety
- customer, user and consumer management
- management and organizational practices
- local community engagement and development
- data protection and cybersecurity
As part of its social impact initiatives, Leon’s Place Hotel has long supported CasAmica ODV, a non-profit organization providing accommodation to patients and their families who must travel for medical treatment, often for extended periods. The hotel’s support includes both tangible contributions and awareness-raising activities.
Since April 2023, the hotel has also been a member of Valuable, a European network promoting the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in the hospitality sector through targeted internships and employment opportunities.
From 2025, the hotel has joined the Punti Viola project promoted by DonneXStrada, providing accessible spaces and trained staff to support people in situations of potential risk.
